Our traditional, whole-muscle hardwood smoked ham! We start with hams from our free-raised hogs, salt cure for a week then smoke heavily for 16 hours.

We've attempted to create a classic smoked ham "just like grandma used to make." Juicy, balanced flavor with bold smokiness.

Great for Easter. Slow cook whole or slice for sandwiches. It's a fully-cooked ham but we recommend heating before serving.
