Our pork program is built around quality and respect for the animals. The pigs are free-raised, with access to expansive outdoor pens where they can roam, root, and relax naturally. This environment allows them to grow comfortably and develop the qualities that lead to better-tasting meat.
Their diet is just as thoughtfully managed. We use a balanced mix of small grains, including canola meal (with no soy), cracked corn, wheat, and barley. We also incorporate recycled food scraps, reducing waste while contributing to a more sustainable system.

Most of our hogs are a Berkshire and Yorkshire cross—a pairing chosen with intention. Berkshire pigs are known for their exceptional meat quality, marbling, and flavor, while Yorkshire pigs bring strong production traits.
