Our family farm, Since 1969

Peterson Craft Meats is a family farm, owned and operated by us. No outside investors or foreign money. We raise and procure local, heritage-bred livestock.

We are a multi-generational family farming together in the beautiful St. Croix Valley, Wisc. Regenerative, soil-building farming practices. Custom cut & crafted meats in our farmstead USDA butcher shop, one of the few in the United States.
