2ea 6oz Dry-Aged Bistro Steaks (12oz package)
Dry-aged through our proprietary process. We take our undercut center loins (rib, striploin, filet, etc.) and cut them into 6oz bistro steaks. There's a slight variance to each steak in texture and shape but you get top-shelf quality in a value-priced package.
